Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns postmarked within 14 days of your received item-  for unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise bought on our site in exchange for store credit.

TO RETURN:

  • Please ensure your order meets our return conditions and is not a final sale item.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and all items must be returned within 14 days.
  • Include your Order Number (found in your original order confirmation email and on your printed invoice) and the Reason for Return (e.g., wrong size, defective item, etc.). You can either include the packing slip from your order with your return or write this information on a piece of paper.

RETURN SHIPPING:

  • Please return your item by simply emailing us at anu@a-linefashion.com.  *Please note any shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return label. To inquire about returning an item that was purchased online or at a pop up, please feel free to email! 
  • Allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and issue store credit. You will receive your store credit via email, which will be issued to the original email used for your purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Items discounted by 30% or more, or marked "SALE" or "Final Sale," cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Seasonal Graphics are final sale.
  • Body Suits, Bralettes are final sale.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Important: If items are defective or not in their original condition, you will not receive credit, and a shipping fee will be charged to return the item(s).

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team at Anu@a-linefashion.com within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling.

EXCHANGES:

  • Due to high inventory turnover, we are unable to offer exchanges.
  • You may return the unwanted item, and once you receive your store credit, you can use it towards another item of your choice from our website.
